Share Smart views with my team members
Smart views can be easily shared with team members within a project by following these steps:
- Start BIMcollab Zoom
- Make sure your Zoom license is retrieved : Retrieve a Zoom license
- Connect to the correct space and project
- Select the Smart views panel
- Drag and drop the Smart view(s) you wish to share from 'Local' to 'Shared', or create them directly in 'Shared'
To be able to add, edit or remove Smart views in 'Shared', team members require Zoom editing rights.
